LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - A university student who fell from a third-floor fraternity house window early Friday has been released from the hospital.

Officials say University of Nebraska-Lincoln student Andrew Peterson was released from BryanLGH Medical Center West on Saturday. He was taken there from the Sigma Phi Epsilon house just after 3 a.m. Friday in critical condition.

University officials say the 18-year-old freshman likely hurt his head, back and legs in the fall.
Police say they believe alcohol consumed off campus was a factor in the fall.
