Entered Apprentice Degree on 9/20/1897

Fellowcraft Degree on 10/18/97

Master Mason Degree on 11/22/97

Date of death June 19, 1956

According to these dates, he was a Master Mason at the time Sigma Phi Epsilon was founded.
