What's the Rush?

The Administration didn't want it, but fraternities at Colorado had fall rush anyway. Sig Ep is doing well there, too.
Finding the right recruits is especially important for Sigma Phi Epsilon President and CU senior Ryan Seaver.

“Typically, in the past, fraternities relied on the rush period of retaining recruits. Now members can join at any time during the year, to get more people involved and integrated,” said Seaver, who added that although his house's numbers are up, it's “the type of guys they're getting” that is more important.
