Clarksville Threatens to Sell Homes of Codes Violators

The Clarksville Building and Codes Department prefers for people to abide by the law before losing their property, said director Jim Pillow.

Pillow said volunteers are available to help landowners unable to bring their property up to code.

Over the weekend, Landon Bevier and fellow members of his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, helped a disabled man transform his property that was once very cluttered.
